Design Like A Girl – Workshop I

Design Like a Girl Program, a Washington-based initiative focused on promoting equity in STEM by introducing and supporting young women in these fields. By providing strong female role models, the program helps young girls envision themselves in STEM careers. If girls don’t see women in these professions, they may not see themselves in those roles. This is the program’s first time in LA.

Inside the Workshop

• Design + build physical models
• Learn from women architects, engineers, and designers
• Explore creativity, identity, and space
• No experience needed!
